Terms

What this is

KvK HQ is a free fan-made tool for Kingshot kingdoms to collect KvK buff requests, build the buff schedule and remind players of their slots. It isn't made, endorsed or supported by Kingshot's developer or publisher. Using the site or adding its Discord bot means you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

You need to be old enough to use Discord where you live (at least 13) to sign in or add the bot.

Using it fairly

• Send requests only for your own account, or one you play for with its owner's say-so.
• Claim and run only a kingdom you lead in game (King, R5 or R4).
• Don't script the site, flood it, get around its checks or limits, or use it to collect other players' details. Addresses that do are blocked.

Running a kingdom

• A kingdom's owners decide who its admins are, and are responsible for how they use the requests players send, including what the bot posts in their Discord server.
• A claim lapses, and someone else who leads that kingdom in game can claim it, if it isn't verified in game within 24 hours, its setup isn't finished 14 days after it was claimed, or its owners haven't used the site for 90 days. Its alliances and request history stay with the kingdom; the previous owners lose access.
• We may step in, including moving a kingdom to someone else, when a claim is disputed or these terms are broken.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is, for free. We do our best to keep it running and the schedule right, but it can be down, wrong or late (including reminders and bot posts), and point values and game details can be out of date. Check what matters in game. We aren't liable for lost buffs, KvK results or anything else that comes from using it.

We can change or stop the site or the bot, remove content or block access, at any time.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and using the site afterwards means you accept them. Questions:@stramel on Discord.
